The Nicki K Media team set out to create a tone guide  to ensure consistent communication with their Circuit Sales System audience - a group that consists mainly of digital entrepreneurs. The goal was to establish a unique tone that would help them stand out from similar products and courses, and build their "know, like, trust" factor.


After conducting thorough research, including a detailed analysis of the CSS student survey, I identified the brand to be:


1. Authoritative yet approachable

2. Professional and polished, but don't take themselves too seriously and know how to enjoy business

3. Conversational

I incorporated these ideas into the tone guide in more detail, so that team members have one source to  reference when creating new materials.
